• Transaction information: Information about services purchased and payment status. Payment-card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored directly on this Site.

• Optional analytics: If you consent, Google Analytics measures page views, approximate location, device information, referrals, and site interactions. Analytics remains off until permission is given through our privacy controls.

The Site uses necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics stays off until you enable it, and you may reopen "Privacy choices" at any time. Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain or Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting when available. Those providers may receive limited technical information when you visit a page containing a video or play it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics remains off unless you make a different affirmative choice.

Some coaching, breathwork, health, wellness, or youth forms ask for information that may be sensitive under applicable law. We do not use sensitive information for advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information in these limited situations:

• Service providers: Providers that help operate the Services, including Vercel or other website hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Jotform for forms, Google Workspace for email and authorized form-response records, Kit for email delivery, Google Analytics when consented to, YouTube or Vimeo for embedded videos, video-conferencing providers used for sessions, and payment providers used for purchases.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

The Site is directed to adults. A parent or legal guardian must authorize youth coaching and the collection of a minor's information before a minor uses a coaching form. Recurring youth reflections may then be completed under that existing authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without appropriate parental authorization. Our Site may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.
