Nervous system illuminated in copper light

Pressure isn’t the problem. Your tools haven’t caught up.

The nervous system tools high performers use to train harder, lead better, and still have something left when they get home.

Trusted by hedge fund managers, D1 athletes, first responders, nurses, equestrians, veterans, and families — with programs at Equinox, Greenwich High School, and New Canaan High School. Trusted by Dad Unit. Featured in Muscle & Fitness.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

My testosterone was sub-300 by 31. It hit 790 after year one of Fatherhood.

No injections. No shortcuts. Just Accountability.

Usually, those numbers happen in reverse.

You didn’t come here to check a box.

You’re here because the old approach stopped working. The shame-driven reps. The programs that ignore how your body actually moves. The trainers who never mention your nervous system, your posture, or why your shoulder still hurts after three years of “corrective exercise.”

This is human performance training built around how the body actually works — biomechanics, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and posture-led strength that changes leverage, reduces overuse injuries, and extends your healthspan.

Your nervous system is your greatest longevity factor. That’s not a tagline — it’s the foundation of everything here.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space.”

Stillpoint is that space.

The Core Questions
  1. 1 Can your nervous system actually hold the life you’re building — your family, training goals, and professional life?
  2. 2 What if willpower, discipline, and focus aren’t the foundation — they’re the output? Are you ready to train what’s actually upstream?
  3. 3 Is your training just perpetuating a survival mindset — or are you truly becoming more adaptable?

Pressure Isn't the Problem

Most men are stuck in this loop. The problem is nobody gave it a name.

You don't fall apart.
You drift.

Youth Athletes

You might recognize
  • Confidence disappears in pressure situations.

What People Experience

For You

“I hit a wall in my 40s. A bad injury in my 20s had left my body locked up — I couldn’t even get a golf ball airborne. Working with Eric for over ten years, I’m stronger and more athletic at 60 than I was at 45. Shooting 45 per 9 holes and still improving.”

— Mark M., PhD | Expert in Arbitrage Development and Management

“I summited Mt. Rainier — and the training + breathing work made the difference. Eric’s coaching gave me the tools to push through when everything said stop.”

— Dr. Katherine Shen

Wyatt shares how breathwork changed his relationship with pressure and performance on the course.

From Parents

“My son first came to Eric with an overuse golf injury, de Quervain’s syndrome. Eric corrected the movement patterns contributing to it, and it never returned.

His golf-specific strength program increased power without unnecessary bulk and gave my son a major mental edge. As my son says, ‘Eric is the best mental coach I’ve worked with.’

Eric's coaching increased the effectiveness of swing lessons, helping our son's body stay in alignment reducing swing inconsistency, helped my son believe he could play in college, and he is now starting as a freshman on his college golf team.

He’s already helping our second oldest rise through the ranks in High School.”

— Kate and Jay Lupo

“Eric’s impact on my daughter was immediate. She loved how much Eric made the technical stuff relevant to her when training. The training made her private swing lessons more effective. Her confidence has shifted completely.”

— Jill Talbot

About

A Note From Eric

Eric Pellini

I thought I understood pressure.

Thirteen years coaching. Fifteen thousand sessions. I’d trained hedge fund operators, D1 athletes, first responders, teenagers training for college sports. I thought I knew what it meant to hold it together under weight.

Then 2024 hit.

Long Covid. Month 6 of fatherhood. Year one of a career pivot. An identity that had quietly been eroding for longer than I wanted to admit. My nervous system started burning out monthly — then weekly. By late summer I was running on fumes and calling it discipline.

I didn’t talk about it. Men don’t. You keep showing up. You manage it. You call it a hard stretch and wait for it to pass.

In November I went deep into breathwork — not as a coach, as a man who needed it. One month of serious, committed practice. What came back online wasn’t just energy. It was me. Clarity. Capacity. The ability to be present in my own life again.

February bloodwork: testosterone at 790. During what should have been the hardest year of my life.

No injections. No shortcuts. Just a system that works when you actually train it.

That’s what I teach now. That’s Stillpoint.
