Force leaks through poor position, so the body pays more for the same output.
Strength + movement coaching.
One-on-one coaching that puts coordination and athletic ability first—so strength carries from the gym into sport, work, parenting, and life.

Position improves, force transfers more efficiently, and strength becomes easier to use.
You are not afraid of effort. You are tired of paying for it afterward.
Strong, but always tight.
You can produce force, but stiffness and compensation keep narrowing how you move.
The same restriction keeps returning.
Old injuries, limited rotation, or familiar movement patterns keep changing the plan.
Recovery has become the bottleneck.
Training works in the moment, but joints, sleep, or energy make it difficult to build week after week.
Generic programming has reached its limit.
You need a coach who can see what is happening, adjust in real time, and connect the plan to what you are training for.
Four steps. One useful kind of strength.
Each plan starts with the body and life you actually have, then builds the coordination and capacity to meet what comes next.

Start with the real picture.
We begin with your goals, history, movement, current training, and the demands your body needs to meet—not a generic template.
Make force more useful.
It’s not the exercise.
It’s the execution.
Breathing, position, balance, and coordination give force somewhere useful to go.

Build capacity you can return from.
Progressive strength, stamina, and resilience at a dose your body can adapt to—so the work builds you instead of draining you.

Let the work travel.
Better movement should show up in the places that matter: your sport, your work, your family, and the way you move through ordinary life.
I was strong enough to pull the truck.I had not learned to trust recovery.
The truck pull was real strength. It also came after I had already trained that morning—during a chapter when high intensity was the only gear that felt like enough.
Hard training was not the problem. Intensity without a system was. Stillpoint keeps the hard work and adds precision, recovery, and a reason for every demand.
At 31, I was beating myself into the ground. At 38—with a kid—I’ve found the right balance.
I still train hard. I just no longer make exhaustion the goal.
My body was giving me information.
High output. Flat, low recovery, recurring back issues.
Sleep, alcohol use, diet, training, and recovery had changed.
Year one of fatherhood, with a different relationship to effort.
Many parts of my health, training, recovery, and life changed across this period.
These are my individual lab results, shared as personal context. They do not establish what caused the change, promise client outcomes, or provide medical advice.
What the work changes.
Different starting points. The same goal: more capacity and strength you can use.

“All improved while my weight and body fat decreased.”— Eric Dauwalter

“The training and breathing work made the difference.”— Dr. Katherine Shen
