Pressure Is the Invisible
Performance Variable
Talks and workshops for workplaces, educators, coaches, and parents exploring how to respond when pressure builds.
This isn’t motivation. It’s restoring capacity.
Strategy matters. So does the capacity to use it under pressure.
Time away can feel restorative. Yet familiar reactions can return when the demands do. This work brings experience and reflection together to explore a different response.
Capacity means having room to notice what is happening and choose how to respond. Eric brings breathing practice, discussion, and reflection into that exploration, grounded in the meetings, decisions, and conversations people face.

Understand the pressure.
Practice a different response.
A two-hour workshop for adults, including a break. One connected experience: understand how pressure shows up, explore a reset, and connect what you notice to how you want to act.
Understand
A 15-minute talk opens the workshop: how pressure shapes attention and reactions, and what it means to have room to choose a response.
Experience
Try a short breathing practice for daily life and discuss what you notice. Then explore a 25–30-minute guided breathing reset, with time to reflect afterward.
Apply
Use Subtle Identity Drift (SID) journaling to notice where daily reactions have moved away from what matters to you. Connect your values to a concrete behavior to try.
Participation is a choice. People can adjust their pace during guided practices. No one is required to share personal experiences with the group.
The 15-minute talk
For an agenda with less time, the opening talk can stand alone. It introduces pressure, capacity, and choice for the same adult audiences. It is not a guided breathwork session.
Looking for a private-group experience? The 90-minute Somatic Breath Journey is separate from this workshop and is for private groups, rather than workplace or school groups.
A short introduction to Eric.

Coaching experience behind the sessions.
Eric has led workshops, breathwork sessions, and events. His facilitation draws on years of strength and performance coaching, work with people in demanding roles, and his own endurance training.
Endurance racing, obstacle courses, and triathlons inform how Eric understands pressure in the body.
A look at the strength and endurance training that also informs Eric’s approach.
A few examples from Eric’s coaching work:
Built for people under real pressure.

Start with your audience and your goal.
Tell Eric who will be in the room, how much time you have, and what you want the event to address. Together, you’ll discuss whether the 15-minute talk or two-hour workshop fits, and shape the examples around your audience and purpose.
The inquiry is the first step. Confirm the fit and scope with Eric before booking your event.
Workshops for up to 50 adults with Eric facilitating. Larger groups need a separate discussion of scope and staffing.
Bring the work into your room.
Tell Eric about your adult group and the moments where pressure gets in the way. Start a conversation about the talk or workshop that fits your event.
