Downshift

We slow the system so your body feels safe enough to open.

Clear

Three rounds of rhythmic mouth breathing to access stored emotional charge, surface buried resistance, reveal identity tension, and move stress out of the body without overthinking it.

You may experience: heat or trembling, tears without story, sudden clarity, emotional release, or a shift in perception. There's no right or wrong experience — just what you need.

Re-Pattern

Three rounds of nasal inhale / mouth exhale. Now that the system is clear, we anchor into gratitude, love, strength, direction, and purpose.

Neuroscience shows that pairing regulated breathing with emotionally meaningful states increases neural plasticity and strengthens new response patterns.

This is where identity reorganizes.

Integrate (15–20 minutes)

A guided somatic conversation where we translate experience into clarity, identify what shifted, name what was released, and anchor direction forward.

Note: The somatic conversation is optional. Sharing is encouraged because it increases the rate of "stickiness," but it is entirely up to you.

Without integration, insight fades. With integration, change stabilizes.
