I don't work by giving advice or prescribing solutions. I work by creating the conditions where your own system can feel, regulate, and organize itself — especially when pressure is present.
My role is to help slow things down enough for that access to return.
Pressure is information. It reveals where trust collapses, where effort takes over, and where identity drifts. Rather than avoiding pressure or pushing through it, we work with it.
